If an event is permanently canceled, Ticket Office Sales will coordinate with the selling broker to provide you with a full refund of the ticket price, including any service fees. The refund will not include shipping fees if your tickets have already been shipped. If an event is postponed your tickets will be valid for the new event date and no refund will be issued.
